• PRICE GUARANTEE
The prices for clients of all OTUS Ltd. products published in our catalogue are printed in the enclosed PRICE LIST 2009. These client’s prices are offered and guaranted unless the respective laws or taxes change after 01.09.2008 or unless the exchange rate of Czech crown (CZK) to Euro (EUR) changes by more than 10 per centas against September 1st, 2008.

• LOWER PRICES THAN RACK RATES
All OTUS’ published prices of accommodation are lower (very exceptionally the same) than the respective hotel rackrates. More information about the hotel rack rates and OTUS’ prices kindly see in the PRICE LIST 2009.

• ALL OTUS’ PRICES INCLUDE TAXES
All prices published in the price list include Czech V.A.T. and all kinds of local taxes (spa tax or similar tax whereever applied).

• GROUP RATES
In the PRICE LIST 2009 are published also the group rates (light colored patches) by majority of hotels, always with indication showing the minimal number of persons in the group necessary for application of a group rate.

• COMPLIMENTARY PERSONS & MEALS
OTUS Ltd. offers the advantage of 1–4 complimentary persons travelling together with a group for the accommodation (at the double room price basis) & breakfast. At some hotels are also offered complimentary meals for 1–4 persons in the same value as the meals ordered for respective group. (Kindly see the indication in the PRICE LIST 2009.)

• COMMISSIONABLE PRICES!
Almost all prices published in the PRICE LIST 2009 (with exception of: Tourist programmes in neighbouring countries, sightseeing admissions and some meals) are commissionable. The commission can be granted only to that travel agency which concludes the Contract of the commissionable sale for 2009 with OTUS Ltd. Together with this Contract recieves this travel agency CONFIDENTIAL TARIFF of OTUS Ltd. 2009. In this Confidential tariff (available upon request from OTUS Ltd. as booklet or CD) are published the net rates for travel agencies.
