Upon arrival of your group it is necessary to submit a guest list with all information below mentioned.
According the low hotel is obliged to submit these information to the immigration police of the Czech Republic.
1. Name
2. Birth date
3. Passport number
4. The number of visa-in the case of guests with visa obligations
5. Domicile
All informations you can send in group rooming list 2in1 to your incoming tour operator or hotel reception (in case of individual reservation).
